The Vision

We are seeking a visionary, high-octane leader to head this elite team. You will be responsible for scaling a team of solution specialists who bridge the gap between deep technical product expertise and boardroom-level business strategy.
The Role
As the Director, AI and Data Solution Engineering, you are the primary architect of our AI growth engine. You will lead a country-wide team of specialists focused on a multi-pronged mission: Evangelism, Thought Leadership, Product Mastery, and Revenue Outcomes. Your goal is to ensure that every Salesforce engagement is infused with cutting-edge Predictive AI, Generative AI, and unified Data capabilities, translating complex technology into tangible customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Own the GTM execution for Agentforce and Data Cloud. Align the specialist unit’s activities with regional and national revenue targets.
CXO Engagement: Act as the face of Salesforce AI. You must be able to command a room of C-suite executives, simplifying complex AI/Data architectures into compelling business value propositions.
Team Capability Building: Recruit, mentor, and upskill a high-performing team. You will be responsible for building both the "technical muscle" (product depth) and the "consultative muscle" (thought leadership) of your specialists.
Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Represent Salesforce at major industry events and in executive briefings. Drive the narrative on how Agentic AI and Data Cloud are redefining the customer 360 experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless feedback loop and flawless execution of AI-driven digital transformations.
Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years in technology leadership, with a significant focus on Cloud, Data, or AI/ML solutions.
An AI & Data Native: profound understanding of the AI landscape, including the nuances between Predictive AI (machine learning models) and Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, and autonomous agents).
Technical Depth: Proven expertise in AI frameworks and Data Cloud platforms (Salesforce ecosystem experience is a major plus).
Leadership: Proven track record of managing distributed, high-level specialist teams across multiple industry verticals.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MBA, or equivalent practical experience.experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies of the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
