The Role: Digital Marketing Lead
 

The Team: The OSTTRA Technology team is composed of Capital Markets Technology professionals, who build, support and protect the applications that operate our network.  The technology landscape includes high-performance, high-volume applications as well as compute intensive applications, leveraging contemporary microservices, cloud-based architectures
 

The Impact: Together, we build, support, protect and manage high-performance, resilient platforms that process more than 100 million messages a day. Our services are vital to automated trade processing around the globe, managing peak volumes and working with our customers and regulators to ensure the efficient settlement of trades and effective operation of global capital markets
 

What’s in it for you: As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.  You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns across various digital channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and more. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs.

  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and content marketing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital channels that resonates with target audiences.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, generating insights and recommendations for optimization, as well as regular reports for consumption by key stakeholders

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

  • Work closely with external vendors and agencies to execute campaigns and projects effectively.

  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital marketing initiatives.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance digital marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing software.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven mindset. Candidates should be a self-starter and ability to work on a hands-on basis.
