Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Salesforce Pardot to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns, managing lead generation workflows, and driving engagement through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Pardot
  • Manage lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation strategies
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaign goals with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve ROI
  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, and automation rules in Pardot
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
  • Support integration between Pardot and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Contribute to content strategy and digital asset creation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Pardot
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, email marketing, and lead management
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pardot Specialist or Consultant certification
  • Experience with B2B marketing and account-based strategies
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
