Role Summary:

Digital Associate is responsible for managing community interactions and engagement across various digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Interaction and Engagement:

· Respond promptly to comments and customer queries on Instagram, ensuring effective and empathetic communication.

· Engage actively with followers on all social media accounts to foster a vibrant and interactive community.


2. Digital Posting and Content Management:

· Manage digital posting across various platforms, ensuring content consistency, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.

· Oversee YouTube channels, including content posting, interaction, and optimization.


3. Boosting Techniques Implementation:

· Learn and implement boosting techniques/strategies as per provided training to enhance content reach and engagement.


4. Collaboration and Consistency:

· Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

· Contribute ideas and suggestions towards community building and social media strategies; execute approved ideas.


5. Market Research and Target Audience Identification:

· Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand customer preferences.

· Utilize insights to tailor content and engagement strategies effectively.


6. Brand Awareness:

· Participate in and coordinate marketing events to boost brand awareness and community engagement.

· Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, extracting valuable insights for continuous improvement.


7. Industry Awareness:

· Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

· Apply the latest industry knowledge to enhance social media strategies and community engagement.
