RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of comprehensive content initiatives from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including writers, designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Create and implement content strategies that align with customer journeys and broader business goals.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify content needs, market trends, and opportunities for engagement.
- Write and edit compelling copy for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, and social media, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring all content aligns with their needs and expectations.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future content strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in project management, content strategy, and copywriting, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Experience working with technology clients is an added advantage.
- Strong track record of managing projects effectively while producing high-quality content.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
