At Accellor, a DevOps Engineer designs, builds, and maintains scalable cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation. They streamline software and data delivery by managing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing cloud costs, and ensuring robust security and observability.

Responsibilities:


·        Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Build and manage cloud foundation platforms using tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.

·        Pipeline Automation: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or similar platforms to automate deployments.

·        Cloud Operations & Cost Optimization: Configure cloud services (IAM, VPC, EC2, Kubernetes) and optimize resource usage for cost efficiency and scalability.

·        Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices, including IAM policies, least privilege access, data encryption, and compliance monitoring.

·        Monitoring & Support: Develop robust observability, logging, and alerting frameworks using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or CloudWatch.

  • Implement security best practices and integrate vulnerability scanning for source code, containers, and infrastructure within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities and configuration issues across cloud and application environments.
  • Recommend and implement cloud resource organization, subscription structure, access controls, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional IT experience, with at least 2 years focused on cloud, data engineering, or DevOps.
  • Cloud Platforms: Strong, demonstrable expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Scripting & Languages: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
  • DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git/GitOps practices.
  • Database/Data Skills: Familiarity with SQL and data lake/warehouse architectures, as EXL heavily integrates DevOps with AI-driven analytics.
