Job Description:
A DevOps Engineer partners with software development to curate Developer self-service tools and systems to empower our continuous deployment environment. They have an understanding of automation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. They are responsible for educating stream-aligned product teams on how to build and own their own infrastructure. They also stay up to date on the DevOps community by continually researching, testing, and developing solutions to better enable our Software Engineers through automation and self-service.

What you’ll do:

Collaborate to develop a flexible infrastructure to promote Developer self-service

Monitor our environments, servers, and applications for health, performance and security

Forecast and assess reliability risks whilst ensuring redundancy and resilience of infrastructure and services

Maintain a pulse on emerging tools and technologies, discover opportunities within our environment where they could be used and implement solutions

Collaborate with teammates to research, address technical needs and roadmap and develop new solutions
Experience you’ll bring:

Exposure to a programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or others.

Experience using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, or similar
-
Exposure to Windows and Linux Experience automation and the development of automation tools.
Requirements:

Requires a minimum of 6 Years of related experience.

An engineering graduate with computer science or information technology background.

Experience with Terraform (Must Have).
-
Experience with Kubernetes (Must Have).
-
Experience with AWS Cloud services (Must Have).
-
Experience using observability / monitoring tooling would be a plus.
