Developer Relations Manager

We are now looking for a Developer Relations, Manager, NVIDIA. A key role as member of the NVIDIA team that would manage our technical engagements in leading industries across South Asia. NVIDIA is the world leader in Visual Computing and in the last few years, with its unparalleled GPU based computers, has been powering up all of worlds of Deep Learning, AI, accelerated data analytics, autonomous systems and robots around the world. NVIDIA's customers include global tech-titans and span multiple verticals such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, CSP, Healthcare, Telco and others. NVIDIA is well positioned as the top ‘AI Computing Company’. We are rapidly growing into various verticals and is looking to grow our team with a technical leader. A public facing role, this requires strong technical competence and leadership capabilities to function efficiently and independently in a matrixed environment to groom and guide developers.

What you will be doing:

• As a key member of the NVIDIA team, you will handle our technical engagements in leading industries and Solution areas such as general AI/ML applications development, consumer internet, healthcare, Conversational AI, Intelligent Video analytics, AI on embedded systems and others.

• Objective will be to enable use of NVIDIA’s portfolio of technologies and accelerate its adoption among developers.

• Your main responsibility will be to develop technical and business strategy to win GPU and NVIDIA platforms' adoption for the selected industries focusing on business priorities.

• Will establish relationships and influence the technical leaders and technical community, specifically developers and ISVs within these industries.

• Champion and develop our leadership position in this market by accelerating the availability of GPU-accelerated and NVIDIA AI Platform accelerated applications in the specified market by helping developers understand the value of our Platform, hardware products and SDKs in addressing critical business opportunities.

• Lead participation in targeted customer and industry developer events and activities.

• Chair technical and engineering activities spanning product divisions and sales geographies, particularly with solution architects, software developers and engineering resources, contribute towards our technical strategy and development of our value messaging for your customers. Be the key advisor to how we are differentiated.

• You will become NVIDIA technology mentor and focal point for the software developer community and may, as the need arises, lend hands-on technical support.

• This is a regional role covering the South Asia region with focus on India and based in India.

What we need to see:

• 11+ Years of Experience with Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Technical or other related field or equivalent experience. Master's or Ph.D’s is preferred.

• A strong fusion of technical experience and competence; particularly in an AI and ML software development environment or working with developers in these areas.

• Multi-year experience in Deep Learning & Machine Learning frameworks working on AI Model Training/Inferencing and other GPU related technologies and application domain environment. Strong technical understanding of Data Analytics, Conversational AI, LLM's, Embedded System/Jetson. Preference for Expertise in GPU/CUDA programming.

• Deep understanding of who and how to engage with in the developer’s product and engineering organizations with multi years related experience. Know-how of developing software at a technology company with multi years’ experience in AI and ML software development or working with companies and developers in these areas.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that is experiencing rapid growth. You're a self-starter with a desire for growth and continuous learning and a passion to mentor others. Should have excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills. Ability to work under stress and around tight deadlines.

• Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills with ability to implement and accelerate strategic decisions.

• Ideal candidate will also have demonstrated ability with multiple year’s experience in supporting business development activities. You should have ability to effectively deliver value propositions for specific and targeted industries.

• Experience working a cross several verticals/industries and in a Global environment with demonstrated ability to influence, promote and persuade at both operational and executive level (including engineering/ product management) to achieve a targeted outcome.

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive customer and internal engagements. Experience presenting to technical and business audiences and generating content for developers.
