- Proficient in CAD software Catia V5.
- Responsible for designing of Foam pads considering manufacturing & tooling feasibility.
- Knowledge of trim cover development, types of trim attachments.
- Knowledge of foam manufacturing, testing methods.
- Knowledge of complete seat for foam design.
- Knowledge of plastics
- Knowledge of global regulations & OEM requirements studies.
- Responsible to meet customer's deliverables with effective utilization of team.
- Good communication skills-written and verbal.
- Knowledge of data management best practices.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in mechanical/production/Automobile Engineering
- 1-4 Year experience
