ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a skilled BAW/BPM Developer to design, develop, and implement business process management solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workflow automation, process modeling, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Design and develop business process workflows using IBM BAW / BPM platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze process requirements.
- Build, configure, and deploy process applications, services, and user interfaces.
- Develop integration services using REST, SOAP, and messaging frameworks.
- Create and manage Business Process Models (BPMN) and coach views.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of BPM applications.
- Support deployment, release management, and production issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and governance policies.
- Participate in process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) or IBM BPM.
- Strong understanding of BPM concepts and BPMN 2.0.
- Experience in developing services, human tasks, and integration flows.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with database concepts (SQL, DB2/Oracle).
- Knowledge of process orchestration and workflow lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience with IBM Automation tools (ODM, RPA, FileNet, etc.).
- Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
- Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in IBM BAW/BPM are a plus.
Education : ME/MTech/BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/MSC/BSC with min of 6+ Years of relevant experience.
