About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline growth across India. This role is part of the Central Marketing team and works closely with the India Technical Services team for day-to-day execution and regional alignment.
You will own demand generation execution across digital channels, events, and localized campaigns — with clear accountability for MQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI. This is a hands-on role suited for a marketer who enjoys execution, optimization, and close collaboration with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Plan and execute demand generation programs that drive qualified leads and sales pipeline in India
Partner with Sales and the India Technical Services team to align campaigns with regional revenue priorities
Manage the full funnel from lead → MQL → pipeline, optimizing conversion and performance
Digital Marketing Execution
Launch and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social, display)
Execute email marketing and nurture campaigns to support lead conversion and engagement
Support website performance and conversion optimization, including landing pages and forms
Social Media Activation
Execute social media campaigns to support demand generation, events, and brand visibility in India
Localize global messaging and campaigns for India-specific audiences and platforms
Events & Field Marketing (India)
Plan and execute India-based marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and partner events
Own event promotion, lead capture, and post-event follow-up to ensure pipeline impact
Collaborate with Sales and regional teams to maximize event ROI
Localization & Regional Execution
Localize centrally developed campaigns and content for the Indian market
Ensure campaigns reflect local regulations, buyer needs, and market dynamics
Act as a regional marketing partner to sales and technical services teams
Reporting & Optimization
Track and report on MQLs, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and CPL
Use data and insights to continuously test, improve, and scale campaigns
Share performance insights and recommendations with global and regional stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
Strong hands-on experience with digital advertising, email marketing, websites, and events
Proven ability to generate marketing-qualified leads and sales pipeline
Experience working with sales teams in a revenue-driven environment
Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization
Strong project management and communication skills
Preferred Experience
Experience marketing to regulated industries (food, agriculture, compliance, certification, or professional services)
Experience supporting India-based field marketing or events
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HighSpot, Apollo)
