We are looking for a Decision Scientist with strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be adept at building interactive dashboards, optimizing data models, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver clear, impactful analytics solutions.

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Write and optimize DAX measures and calculations for advanced analytics.
• Use Power Query to clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Partner with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and adopt best practices in BI development.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Experience in data modeling and building scalable BI solutions.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
