Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to build and deploy predictive models that drive business and marketing insights. The role involves analyzing structured data, applying statistical and machine learning techniques, and translating business problems into scalable analytical solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, communicate findings clearly, and support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
- Understanding of predictive modeling techniques and statistical analysis methods.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, matplotlib) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience building and validating machine learning models using structured data.
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with model validation and performance evaluation techniques.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience in digital marketing analytics or marketing technology applications.
- Advanced machine learning techniques (XGBoost, ensemble methods).
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimental design methodologies.
- Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
- Understanding of customer segmentation, attribution modeling, or campaign optimization.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Knowledge of web analytics and digital marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rates, LTV).
