The Data Quality Specialist gathers user information, analyzes data quality, oversees quality plans, monitors processes, and enhances sales support tools across teams.
Principal Activities
- Be the stake holder for gathering end user information
- Analize quality of various sources, organize and execute the data quality plans to reach the goals
- Monitor processes and take corrective actions if needed
- Contribute to further development of the sales support tool
- Cross functional communication and contacts with our internal companies and external Channel Partners & OEM’s to support in data quality improvements
Requirements
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Very good analytic skills and a good understanding of data base structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with complex spreadsheets is a must
- Good knowledge in SAP or other ERP and CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
- Very good English skill. Other languages (i.e. German) are a plus
Education & Experience
- 2 years professional experience in sales support activities.
- Any Graduate.
