Data Entry Coordinator I - Mumbai

• Review data from a 7-day audio listening diary and key/transfer information (postmark date, qualitative yes/no checkbox answers, age, zip code, start time, stop time, station information, band and/or location) to a Nielsen database

• Understand, interpret, and follow a complex set of business rules and procedures

• Flag entries with invalid or ambiguous information for further review as defined by policy guidelines

• Manage assigned workload and adapt to reprioritization as necessary

• Adhere to quality and productivity goals

• Understand production workflow and daily deadlines

• Assist with special projects as needed to meet critical operations and/or client concerns

• Any Graduate.

• 1 year experience in a Media production or related environment preferred

• Proven data entry skills and experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong reading comprehension for documented procedures

• Computer and typing skills (data entry)

• Ability to prioritize and organize 

• Proven accuracy and execution, with ability to follow explicit instructions

• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and meet delivery deadlines

• Must have a stable internet connection and ability to work from home in a quiet setting
