Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role requires creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The position also involves implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data, facilitating seamless migration and deployment across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and optimize workflows is an integral part of daily activities, ensuring that data solutions meet organizational needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures that support business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure data solutions are aligned with enterprise standards and compliance requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices for designing robust data systems.
- Experience with building and optimizing data pipelines and workflows for large-scale data processing.
- Familiarity with data integration methods and tools to support seamless data migration and transformation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues to maintain data quality and system reliability.
- Understanding of cloud-based data storage and processing platforms to enhance scalability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
