About the role
The Data & BI Analyst develops business intelligence reports/dashboards for Clinical Systems, IT and other ERP applications via a CRM Analytics tool that supports the quality and timely delivery of reports and visualizations required per company standards and study specific data analysis requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic design, delivery and maintenance of the CRMA dashboards that will support organizational priorities.
- Identify data sources, create dataflows and recipes, define dataset granularity, build the data model, design the dashboard layout, testing, deploy, and maintenance of enterprise level dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and develop reporting around relevant Clinical Systems, IT and other ERP applications.
- Own the design of analytics dashboards and KPI reports in Novotech BI tool starting from requirements gathering across departments, system owners and senior leadership teams to the delivery of final, polished reports/dashboards in the production.
- Support standard and ad-hoc analytic requests, providing accurate and timely data, analysis and insightful interpretations including day to day data analytics support via JIRA. Servicenow and other tools.
- Provide inputs in tools and concepts of Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, ETL, data modelling, reporting and analytics to key stakeholders.
- Degree in a computer science, information technology and/or information systems
- Must be proficient with the Salesforce platform with a focus on Analytics Studio Tableau CRM
- Ability to perform complex quantitative analysis and translate results into meaningful business insights.
