The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a regional Data Specialist in Dental Solutions Latam business, you will conduct in-depth analyses of different type of data, such as sales, CRM, sell out, etc. You will develop and implement dashboards to provide insightful information for the leadership and ensure continuous improvement on the monitoring of metrics and performance of the business.
As a data specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Partnering closely with cross-functional team members across Latam
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards, databases, and automated reports that enhance decision-making
- Supporting daily operations for sales and marketing team
- Supporting the implementation of a business intelligence approach
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in areas of data engineer, statistics, computer science, software engineer, technology, information systems or related.
- Prior experience leveraging analytics to support business operations
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Bi, DAX, SQL
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Salesforce and Snowflake knowledge as a plus
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
Work location: Hybrid
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
