Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various business areas.
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns in complex datasets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Develop and implement data quality controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of analyses
- Create and maintain documentation of data processes and methodologies
- Assist in the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with advanced Excel functions
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proven track record of cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets
- Understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences
- Experience with machine learning algorithms is preferred
