As a Data Analyst in our Finance organization, you’ll play a pivotal role in highly strategic and visible projects. Your insights and contributions will directly influence business intelligence, operational efficiency, and leadership decision-making.
In this role, you will:

Source, track, analyze, and model data to support business intelligence and operational initiatives.

Provide actionable analytical insights to support business functions and strategic initiatives.

Develop, enhance, and streamline reports for team members, ensuring timely and error-free delivery of regular reporting.

Design and maintain tailored Tableau dashboards to empower business operators with actionable data visualizations.

Produce reports that support payment risk management operations and leadership decision-making.

Collaborate closely with the FP&A team, business partners, and finance leadership to provide critical financial and operational insights.

Improve upon the data ingestion models, ETL jobs, and building data pipelines to ingest structured and Unstructured Data.
Who you are:

BE/B.Tech with 4 to 5 years experience working in data analytics..

Analytical and proven track record in using data to measure performance and drive decision-making.

Proficient with Tableau and SQL intermediate to advance expertise, working experience on both these skills are required.

Experience with Python or Object Oriented programming.

Strong, hands on SQL experience, preferably with Oracle or BigQuery, but other relational databases are OK.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate insights across teams.

Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Improve upon the data ingestion models, ETL jobs, and building data pipelines to ingest structured and Unstructured Data.
