Support leadership, Finance, and HR with ad hoc analysis and planning insights. Maintain data hygiene and a single source of truth for business metrics, translating raw data into clear recommendations.

is internal business intelligence, distinct from client-facing marketing

- Respond
to ad hoc data requests from Finance, HR, and Leadership

Must-Have Skills / Screening
Criteria
- Working
SQL proficiency
- Strong
Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau)
- Able
to translate raw data into a clear business recommendation, not just a chart

experience building dashboards for a services/agency business model (billing,
utilisation, margin)
