Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with proven expertise in Power BI, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports by integrating data from multiple sources, including Snowflake and ServiceNow. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including Snowflake, ServiceNow, and Excel.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations and reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to various business units as needed.
- Document data sources, data models, and reporting processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Snowflake, including data extraction and integration.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other BI tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Experience in a hybrid cloud or enterprise IT environment.
