We are looking for a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business and operational decision-making. The role involves working with large datasets, developing dashboards and reports, and translating data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Define and track KPIs and metrics to support business performance analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support data-driven process improvements and ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
- Experience with Excel and BI/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
- Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of ETL/data pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
