Data Analyst II

• Analyzing and interpreting operational data across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services
• Building data collection, cleansing, and transformation processes to prepare high‑quality datasets
• Producing consistent reports and insights for Monthly Business Reviews, event‑based reviews, and ad‑hoc analyses
• Creating and maintaining dashboards, partnering with corporate “OneView” teams and Power BI specialists
• Synthesizing data narratives for business leaders—identifying anomalies, uncovering root causes, and developing insights
• Tracking and reporting qualitative and quantitative improvements on identified issues
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and security standards
• Contribute to collaborative problem-solving, proactive communication, and cross‑functional engagement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• 1–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis
• Experience developing reports and dashboards
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, Mircrosoft Fabric, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights with strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
• Effective written communication to present complex findings simply and clearly
• Ability to collaborate in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on tracking and driving improvements
• A candid communicator who can surface issues constructively and thoughtfully
• High attention to detail, strong business acumen, and commitment to data quality and compliance
• Training in data analysis, business analytics, or related disciplines (preferred)
