Role Summary
DevOps Focus: Designing, automating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment and infrastructure management.
Support Focus: Providing technical assistance to end-users, monitoring application performance and performing root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
System Stability: Managing cloud resources and servers to mitigate downtime and commit high availability for consumers.

• Drive continuous automation initiatives to reduce manual overhead and increase operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and support during incidents, upgrades, migrations and platform enhancements.

Impact You'll Make:

• Proficiency in Tableau Server administration, including configuration, upgrades, security and performance tuning
• Strong expertise with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and HDFS
• Experience designing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines in distributed data environments
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and monitoring
• Solid understanding of data governance, access control and enterprise security practices
• Ability to troubleshoot server performance issues, data refresh failures and connectivity problems
• Experience managing Tableau extracts, data sources, user permissions and schedules
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, cluster management and system monitoring tools
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shift rotations with on-call responsibility.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
