The D365 CRM Consultant will analyze business requirements, customize Dynamics 365 CRM, train users, and provide ongoing support and documentation.
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into CRM solutions.
- Customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business processes.
- Implementing and deploying CRM solutions, including customizations and integrations.
- Training and supporting end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM system.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the CRM system.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Creating documentation for CRM processes and configurations.
- Conducting workshops and presentations to demonstrate CRM capabilities.
- Business Analysis: Understanding business processes and requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
- Project Management: Ability to manage CRM projects from inception to completion.
- Training and Support: Providing guidance and support to end-users.
- Web Development: ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery
- Database Management: MS SQL Server, LINQ.
- Software Development: SSRS, ADX Portals/D365 Portals
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and implementation.
- Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI.
- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
