- Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders
- Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes
- Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
- Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

- Understanding in best-in-class analytics practices
- Knowledge of Indicators (KPI's) and scorecards
- Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, Python, etc. is a plus
About the Role
The D&A Data Product Analyst will be responsible for the comprehensive management and maintenance of products, operating as a servant leader in Agile and Waterfall environments:
End-to-End Project Management:
- Manage and deliver material changes for high-complexity products in cross-functional areas.
- Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver product solutions.
- Manage project scope, timeline, and the capacity of the team members.
- Drive project execution, integration, and implementation with data engineers and visualization engineers.
Agile & Waterfall Facilitation:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Waterfall service deliveries.
- Lead and direct the work efforts of functionally aligned project team resources.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings with the project team, partnering with the product owner.
- Remove impediments for the team to successfully deliver the user stories.
Resource & Stakeholder Management:
- Obtain and align resources to key project roles, establishing clear responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project, working closely with the product owner.
- Drive governance, minute the discussions/actions, and publish updates/progress with stakeholders across the product portfolio.
Risk & Quality Assurance:
- Conduct risk management and mitigation planning.
- Manage readiness, change adoption, and stakeholder management.
- Ensure quality assurance, satisfying all applicable change requirements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong foundation in agile project management and business analysis, coupled with specific technical and interpersonal abilities:
Project Management & Methodologies:
- Strong project management and business analyst skillset.
- Proficiency in Agile Scrum Master skills, Hybrid and Waterfall Delivery Methods.
- Experience with Teams Planner, JIRA, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Educational background and experience in project management or business management.
- Knowledge of programs and project frameworks.
- Experience with large-scale complex projects.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Ability to understand business requirements and document BRDs/PRDs.
- Experience converting business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Experience in working on delivering products on D&A platforms such as GCP, Azure, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to work with others and manage disparate global teams.
- Proven track record in a similar role.
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, team player, and flexibility.
- Ability to face off with business and technology leaders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including leading meetings, negotiating, and resolving ambiguity.
- Motivated to work closely and cooperatively with team members.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Experience managing matrix resources.
Good to Have
- Scrum Master certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM).
