CRM Executive Duties & Responsibilities
Sample responsibilities for this position include:
Highly numerate with excellent proficiency in Microsoft
Excel
Support the Senior CRM manager to define and develop the
retention strategy, roadmap and budget that will achieve targets and KPIs
Ensuring that client information is most updated in CRM tools
Lead regular status meetings and glean field input through
regular connects
Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring
working knowledge and selling techniques
Proficient in Zoho and Excel prefered
Work closely with operations and product managers to
effectively prioritize projects to fit business needs
Follow standard practices, keeping data organized, readable, maintainable, and
documented
Remain current on new and updated information
Manage the sending of the Quarterly connects and other
marketing invitations to client
Bright and willing to learn
