Customer Solution Consultant Sr leverages industry, technology, and business knowledge to lead conversations with our clients designed to identify business challenges and leverage the full portfolio of CSG solutions, products, services, and partners to provide innovative and relevant solutions to solve for those challenges. The Customer Solution Consultant Sr works with our clients to understand and align their strategic goals and objectives with the appropriate solutions, products, and services. The Customer Solution Consultant Sr then frames creative and innovative business, technical, and operating models, including commercial models, that increase revenue, market share, improved customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do:

  • You will report to the Regional Customer Solution Leader
  • Frame creative and advantageous business, technical, and operating solutions that increase revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Create proposals. Respond to RFP’s, RFQ’s and proactive bids while working closely with all teams to develop the win strategy, competitor evaluation, and differentiated value propositions
  • Develop a business and solution architecture strategy based on situational awareness of the customer’s business scenarios and motivations.
  • Build business cases for customers to justify new business models and/or business architecture
  • Orchestrate communications with internal teams, clients, and 3rd party stakeholders. Bring all various teams together and drive them in the pursuit of winning the opportunity
  • Execute the bid and account plan. Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Service Delivery, Product, Transition, and R&D teams for content development on pricing, transition plan, tools and technology proposals, and effort estimates
  • Collaborate with the services, product, strategy, and solution teams by contributing to the identification and development of new or expanded go-to-market offerings.
  • Must be able to engage on your own in medium / Tier 2 customers. Identify opportunities, work with stakeholders, and engage with sales leaders to build the commercials and value proposition and help close the deal
  • This job requires domestic and/or international travel up to 50%

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ MBA or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 – 15 years’ experience in relevant business/ solution consulting of software products, services, solutions and/or SI capabilities.
  • Experience within the telecommunications industry in business / solution consulting, System integration, product/solution vendor or deal lead capacity.
  • Experience in the development and transformation of business/solution architectures and business models in the context of large enterprises, primarily at the logical level.
  • Must be able to execute CRM, quotation and order journey
  • Knowledge of New Age Cloud, Cyber security technology desirable
  • Ability to lead customer engagements at multiple levels.
  • Ability to create and execute strategies that gain commitment to one’s ideas and persuade key stakeholders to take action that will advance shared interests and business goals.
