Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and transportation providers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Develop demand forecasts and production plans in coordination with sales and operations teams
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing and favorable terms
- Track shipments, delivery schedules, and resolve supply chain disruptions
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare reports on inventory, procurement costs, lead times, and service levels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics
- Knowledge of inventory management and demand planning
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
