As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for custom solution development.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
