In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives and project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), AWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline design, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks and big data technologies.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
