Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role includes guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position requires ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and efficient workflow is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous learning within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality.
- Skilled in performance optimization and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
