Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with evolving business goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The lead actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality.

Experience: 8–12+ years overall, with relevant experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or solution architecture.
We are looking for an AI Pod Lead.
To lead the design and delivery of an agentic AI solution for an enterprise data migration project.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the end-to-end AI solution architecture and agent orchestration.
- Guide the development of AI agents for discovery, reverse engineering, STTM, and data ingestion.
- Define and implement LLM, RAG, tool calling, context management, and agentic workflows.
- Establish AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, and production readiness practices.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Lead the AI pod, drive technical decisions, and mentor team members.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Agentic AI / Generative AI / LLM-based solutions.
- Hands-on understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
- Experience with AI evaluation, guardrails, and observability.
- Good understanding of data migration, ETL, data mapping, or data engineering.
- Strong solution architecture, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have: Experience with Lang Graph, Lang Chain, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI platforms.

Key Deliverable: Lead the AI pod in building reliable, production-ready agentic AI capabilities for the data engineering migration lifecycle.
JD: Technical Lead
Experience: 8–12+ years overall, with relevant experience in data engineering or solution architecture.
We are looking for a Reverse engineering POD Lead to lead the data discovery/reverse engineering phase of the project.
Required skills:
-Core: Data engineering, Python, SQL (T-SQL), Gen AI (LLM-assisted code analysis)
-Legacy: oracle, sql server, Netezza, SAS
- Modern: SQL Server (procs, UDFs, views), SSIS (. d TXX) ETL packages, staging/dimensional data-warehouse patterns
-Tooling- Claude code, snowflake coco, coco Cli AI tools
-Nice: Python data libs (pandas), XML parsing (SSIS internals), prompt-engineering / RAG over code, diff/regression harnesses
Key Responsibilities:
-Strong code-reading ability across at least one legacy language AND SQL comfortable in unfamiliar, undocumented codebases.
-Solid Python for parsing, automation, and generating deliverables.
-Working knowledge of SQL Server T-SQL and ETL concepts (staging, joins, filters, incremental loads).
-Clear technical writing — able to explain complex logic in plain English.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 year full-time education is required.
