Summary:
In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This includes guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role requires setting and maintaining development standards, ensuring that the software produced meets high levels of quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and improvement of processes to support successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within custom software environments.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative, effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and code quality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
