Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that align with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead the coordination of technical activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate custom software solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance productivity and code quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing technical deliverables.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
