As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to the role, as it involves coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Integration Bus.
- Strong understanding of middleware architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance integration solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with message queuing, service-oriented architecture, and API management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering robust software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Integration Bus.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
