Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and maintaining code quality standards.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and contribute effectively to sprint planning and reviews.
- Familiarity with software debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Good understanding of integration methods and API usage to connect various software components.
- Capability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that align with business goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
