Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of various projects and translating them into effective software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and deliver optimal performance. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and adapting configurations to meet evolving business demands, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP UI5 Development, SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience in developing and debugging complex ABAP programs and reports.
- Ability to design and implement efficient data models and interfaces within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP applications with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
