Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the software you develop is scalable and performs efficiently. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative approaches and continuous enhancement of software products, contributing to the overall success of projects and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development including RESTful APIs and database integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
