As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously improving software performance and adapting solutions to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the software aligns with organizational goals and user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components using modern frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and ensuring seamless communication between systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance for high availability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
