Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Ability to document and communicate complex processes clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in identifying gaps and proposing practical solutions to improve system functionality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
