As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align solutions with organizational goals and adapt to evolving project needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft SCM Inventory & Fulfillment Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management in supply chain systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft SCM Inventory & Fulfillment Management.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
