Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration to align technical solutions with business objectives, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve any technical challenges promptly.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong expertise in production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet specific business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and optimize production control systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP production planning landscapes.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
