Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with project goals. Additionally, you will participate in meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges that may arise, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development.
- Experience with integration of Amazon Connect with other AWS services.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
