Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures that the applications are built efficiently and effectively to support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of Python applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of integrating Python applications with databases and external APIs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
