Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions align with project goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the successful delivery of software products, while maintaining clear and consistent communication across teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve any project challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of designing scalable and maintainable microservices-based systems.
- Experience with API design and integration within distributed systems.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies to support lightweight application deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in microservices environments.
- Understanding of security best practices in microservices and lightweight architectures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
