Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and support of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting, coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Required to work in Application Maintenance work.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Open Text App works/Camunda BPM and OpenText Cordys.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Should be ready to work in shifts. Shift A and Shift B

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OpenText Documentum.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
