Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the decision-making process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Designing and owning the end-to-end automation architecture for scalability, performance, and security.
Create architectural blueprints, define technical standards, and oversee solution design.
Enterprise-level design, integrations, governance, scalability planning, advanced feature adoption.
Works closely with senior IT architects, enterprise architects, CIO/CTO teams, and business leaders.
Advanced expertise in UiPath Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding, Cloud deployments.
Provides architectural direction and sets technical standards for all teams.
Limited – focuses more on design, reviews, and PoC for complex integrations.
Designs integration with ERP, CRM, APIs, and AI/ML platforms.
Establishes RPA governance framework and security guidelines.
UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) + UiPath RPA Architect Certification preferred.
8+ years IT, 4+ years in RPA with architectural leadership.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced - UiPath.
- Strong understanding of process automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with application design and development best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration of robotic process automation with existing systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
