Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve software development processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Delivery. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
